Manufacturing Operator

·Perform daily machinery setup & check with dedicated checklist.

·Manage different machinery settings competently to correspond to different product programs.

·Perform machinery (and tool) routine inspections on a periodic basis.

·Prepare raw material and/or chemicals (during production runs) that are required for the dedicated process(es).

·Conduct inspection (during production runs) on input material to ensure integrity of material is not compromised.

·Conduct fundamental quality checks (during production runs) on output products to ensure quality standards/requirement is met.

·Perform data-entry/logging activities to ensure proper documentation of production process(es).

·Conduct work-in-progress checks using machinery inline monitoring system(s).
