Manufacturing Planner

Summary

/Objective:The Planner’s role is to plan, manage, monitor and follow-up on delivery schedule and expedites. Roadmap transfer and work center hours balancing.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

Review and scheduling Large Order Expedites, coordinate with Purchasing on material requirement.

Coordinate with customer service and work center on pull in/push out request.

Coordinate with Order Management and work center to prioritize P1/ DPAS orders.

Customer forecast and capacity review.

Monitor and follow up on delivery schedule.

Review and monitor work center, expedite/email follow up to ensure orders ship on time, review past due /due order/ STCAP report.

Engage with internal departments on resolves issue to minimize impact and ship order on time.

Work with material planner to expedite needed material and achieve customer requirement.
