Manufacturing Process Design Leader for NPI & Simulation

Vertiv is seeking a Manager / Senior Leader of Manufacturing Process Design in Tijuana, Baja California, who will be the lead architect for production ecosystems. This role involves facilitating the transition of Power and Thermal products and optimizing manufacturing lines with high-fidelity Discrete Event Simulation (DES), driving a global launch strategy.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in NPI and operational excellence, along with strong DFM/DFA practices. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must.
