Manufacturing Process Engineer

As a key part of the Manufacturing Engineering team, you'll create impact by driving operational excellence by ensuring cost, quality, and delivery targets are met while enabling the growth of our Cooling & Data Centre applications.

• Support daily production meetings and manage production improvement proposals to drive operational performance
• Ensure achievement of Cost, Quality, and Delivery targets through robust manufacturing engineering practices
• Lead and support continuous improvement projects, including new process implementations and production setup optimisation
• Guide and coach technicians, operators, and supervisors on best practices and process standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, EHS, and regional/global teams to ensure business continuity
