As a Manufacturing Quality Manager, your core responsibility is to enhance quality processes across BUs. You will actively manage Severity 1 Non-Conformities and drive data-driven decision-making while ensuring the timely resolution of NCs. The role requires a deep understanding of RCA methodologies and the ability to unify disparate quality systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Sev 1 NC Resolution and ensure timely tracking
• Design quality data capture processes across BUs
• Lead RCA and NC process discipline
• Standardize quality practices for new acquisitions
