artnership Recruiting are looking for a Production Team Leader to join their client’s management team at their state-of-the-art facility in Irvine.
This is a Monday to Friday role only with no weekend working required!! The position operates on a weekly rotational shift pattern between day shift and back shift offering variety while maintaining a consistent work-life balance.
As a Shift Leader you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the production process, overseeing manufacturing operations, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.
