Manufacturing Team Leader

A well established and respected manufacturing business is looking to recruit a Manufacturing Manager/Team Leader to bolster their highly skilled and capable workforce. The position is a permanent role from day one, subject to interview process. 39 hours per week day shift, Monday to Friday. This is a boots on ground role, with no remote working. The team leader role is non-producing and is purely in position as a cell leader to manage day to day operations within their area of responsibility. Main Duties & Responsibilities Operational Control Support the internal customer (Manufacturing Manager) by aligning with shared agreed objectives on EHS, Quality, Cost and Delivery and participating in the Operational Control model.
