TOP 3 SKILLS:
- 4 6 years of experience in a manufacturing or technician role with hands-on exposure to assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of mechanical/electrical systems
- Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring harness drawings, and apply basic electrical theory in diagnostics work
- Experience using hand and power tools with familiarity in automotive systems, including CAN/LIN network communication (OEM experience preferred)
