Qualifications
- Graduate of Technical Courses/Technology Graduates
- Proficiency in basic electronics and Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Preferably with knowledge in product testing and troubleshooting
- Work experience in Semiconductor Probe, KGD, AOI and TnR process is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills, resilient, adaptable, trainable and can coordinate effectively with cross functional team
- Flexible and must have strong multitasking, problem solving and time management skills
- Familiarity with any of the Test Platform: ASK1K, ASL3L, ETS364, ETS800, Advantest, Powertech, Fettest Testers
- Familiarity with any of the Handler Platform: Prober (P8-XL, WDF-DP, Precio XL TEL), TnR Machine (DS10K, DS15K, DS20K Muehlbauer, MI10, MI30, MI40), Semight PB6400, CSM2000, CSM3000 Wafer Marker M...
