Manufacturing Technician

Equipment Operations: Set up, calibrate, and operate manufacturing machinery and hand tools according to blueprints, schematics, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). (1, 2, 3)

Quality Control: Inspect raw materials and finished products, and run functional tests to ensure all technical specifications are met. (1, 2)

Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on equipment and quickly diagnose or repair electro-mechanical, pneumatic, or software-related faults. (1, 2)

Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate production logs and ensure adherence to strict regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 9001, cGMP, ISO 13485). (1, 2)

Continuous Improvement: Participate in Lean manufacturing, 5S (workplace organization), and Practical Process Improvements (PPI) to minimize waste and optimize operations. (1)
