Key Responsibilities

• Achieve annual berth sales targets and drive revenue across berthing, storage, and boatyard services
• Proactively win new business, including competitor conversions
• Manage and track the sales pipeline via CRM
• Deliver against set KPIs
• Work closely with Marina Managers and Operations teams
• Provide market insights, customer feedback, and competitor analysis
• Support marketing activity using customer and NPS insights
• Ensure compliance with company policies, H&S, and sales processes
