Maritime Certifications and Flag Analyst

The position involves a range of administrative and audit responsibilities related to maritime safety, security, and labor regulations.

• Carry out the administrative activities in relation to ISM, ISPS, and MLC2006 Frame agreements with certification bodies and contractual arrangement with Flags.
• Provide relevant assistance to support the vessel Master OIM during the ISM, ISPS, and MLC2006 certification processes.
• Carry out specific ISM, ISPS, and MLC2006 shipboard surveys and studies as needed.
• Provide market research related to maritime law and regulations.
• Report the vessel's incidents to the flag administration as required by company procedure and flag rules and tools.
• Carry out the onboard Minimum Safe Manning assessment as required by company procedures.
