Job Description

The Sales and Service Coordinator assists in supervising and controlling all activities and schedules of the Service Engineers to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality of services and products being supplied are maintained at the highest standard. She is responsible for organizing and planning the service schedule upon acceptance of the quotation and upon receipt of the customer’s Purchase Order (PO).

Responsibilities

• Provides detailed instructions and guidelines to Service Engineers in performing job orders to achieve 100% compliance with quality and delivery performance.
• Ensures that all job orders are completed on time and that service reports, liquidation expenses, delivery notes, and timesheets are reviewed and checked prior to submission to the Admin/Accounting Assistant for billing and collection.
