**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As our **Market Development Representative** , you will cultivate and sustain strategic relationships with community physicians, driving awareness and interest in targeted services and service lines, serving as a vital connection point between the medical community and our organization.
Every day you will operate under the direction of the Hospital/Market Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and the Market Executive Director of Market Development (EDMD), collaborating with Senior Team and Program Directors. You will develop acute knowledge in specified service lines to increase interest and awareness, building existing physician relations and establishing new ones. You will proactively identify barriers to physician satisfaction, communicate issues to leadership, and ensure managed follow-up to address concerns.
