The Market Privacy Officer (MPO) is a member of the Group Privacy Office, which is part of Group Risk & Compliance and led by the Group Data Privacy Director. The Group Privacy Office has a strategic role in keeping TMF Group and the local TMF Group entities in good data protection standing, to advise on and monitor data protection compliance and simultaneously support and provide workable solutions for sales, service, and internal support functions.
