Marketing Associate

Job Description, Role & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to ensure effective execution of marketing services.

• Assist the Marketing Manager by providing information about industry trends and

monitoring market developments and competitor activities.

• Contribute to the creation and review of marketing communication materials, working with

the Marketing Manager

• Shadow the Marketing Coordinator to help maintain corporate and technical templates,

ensuring alignment with global brand standards.

• Provide support in the development of marketing presentations and related collateral.

• Organize Team Meetings, including scheduling and preparation of meeting minutes.

• Manage and update the Manila Marketing Leave Calendar to ensure accurate team

scheduling.

• Execute ad-hoc projects and tasks to support the broader Marketing Team as needed.
