Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and deploy simple drip or nurture email campaigns.
- Maintain subscriber lists/databases; ensure data hygiene (removing duplicates, ensuring proper tags).
- Assist with tracking and tagging (UTMs, campaign parameters).
- Monitor automation performance metrics: open rates, click‑through, conversion in simple flows.
- Troubleshoot basic issues: e.g. broken links in emails, automation not firing as expected.
- Coordinate with design/content team for email templates / landing page assets.
- Design and manage full customer lifecy...
