Role Summary

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager, National Campaigns to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across Canada. This role will drive acquisition and brand growth for our home services portfolio—heating, cooling, water heaters, water purification, and the innovation pipeline—by delivering high-performing campaigns that balance short‑term lead generation with long‑term brand equity.

You will own campaign execution, performance optimization, and support regional and local adaptation, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, regional leaders, and agency partners to ensure flawless execution and measurable business impact.
