SportStars is one of the fastest-growing private youth sports operators in the GTA. We deliver high-quality, structured sports programming across multiple locations, with a focus on fun, skills development, and exceptional customer experience. As we continue to scale, marketing plays a critical role in driving registrations, building community engagement, and ensuring our programs operate to high standards. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of CSP's marketing engine — from strategy to execution. This is not a coordinator role. You will be responsible for driving measurable growth , improving how we acquire and retain customers, and ensuring every program launches with strong enrollment. You'll oversee digital campaigns, grassroots marketing, and brand execution across all locations — while working closely with operations to align marketing with real program needs.
