Marketing Engineer, AI and Agentic Systems

We are looking for an AI-first Marketing Operations Lead to design, build, and orchestrate an intelligent, automated marketing engine.

This is not a traditional Marketing Ops role. You will not just manage tools, you will reimagine how marketing operates using AI, leveraging LLMs (Claude), automation, and data to create a high-performance, self-optimizing growth system.

You will sit at the intersection of marketing, data, and AI, owning the architecture that powers our go-to-market. Your mission is to maximize leverage: replacing manual work with automation, accelerating execution, and unlocking insights at scale.

You will have the opportunity to build a next-generation marketing engine from the ground up, shaping how we scale growth with intelligence, automation, and speed.
