Job Summary

Support brand growth by leading project & brand activities including budget to achieve brand KPI

Job Description:

1.) Establish a holistic understanding of consumers and category related trends, together with consumer market insight and R&D, in developing the right insight for innovation and identify growth opportunities for the brand.2.) Manage innovation projects to ensure delivery of outstanding, insightful and differentiated innovation products. Ensure they are aligned to company category strategy, brand DNA and brand vision plan.3.)
