What's the Role?
The Marketing Manager plays a key role in elevating Dexterra Group’s brand, driving measurable business impact, and supporting revenue generating initiatives. This position blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution across digital marketing, performance campaigns, content strategy, and sales enablement.
You will collaborate with leaders across the organization, guide a small team, manage agency partners, and bring structure, creativity, and insights to a fast-paced, highly visible function.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and Support Marketing Operations
Oversee the Marketing, Communications, and Creative Services project tracker, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely delivery across all initiatives.
Support the Director in assigning work, managing team capacity, and preparing monthly performance reports.
