Overview
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily banking operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, compliance with regulations, internal controls, and overall branch performance. The role ensures that operational processes run smoothly while supporting the bank’s financial and customer service goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Operations Supervision
- Oversee daily branch operations (deposits, withdrawals, remittances, loan processing)
- Ensure accuracy of transactions and proper documentation
- Monitor teller and back-office activities
2. Compliance & Internal Control
- Ensure compliance with regulations of Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas
- Implement internal control procedures and risk management policies
- Prepare for internal and external audits
