The Marketing Operations Intern role will support our marketing operations manager and wider global marketing team with budget and spend management and process support. This is a cross-functional role working with other departments such as procurement, legal, finance and IT. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations and contribute to impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the marketing spend process, including review incoming requests to ensure proper documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with procurement policies and objectives.

Assist with financial data management and budget reconciliations.

Help in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures for marketing processes.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing Operations Manager.
