Dear Dear Dumpling is a Chinese restaurant in Sydney specialising in handmade dumplings and authentic dishes. We prepare every item fresh daily, offering bold flavours and a relaxed dining experience. The company is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join us on a permanent full-time basis. If you’re a marketing-savvy self-starter with the communication skills and the research skills and persistence to figure out anything you’re given, then this is the position for you.

Duties and responsibilities of the position:

• Identify target markets and analyse customer trends to support the restaurant’s growth and positioning;

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote menu offerings, seasonal specials, and brand awareness;

• Plan and execute advertising, digital marketing, and social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Google, and food delivery apps;
