Job Title - Marketing Team Lead

Shift schedule - 02:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST (4 day WFO, 1 day WFH)

Location - Kharadi, Pune

Role Overview ~

We are looking for a Marketing Team Lead to drive lead generation, manage marketing campaigns, and lead a cross-functional team. This role will also be responsible for managing and growing our media publication TechResearch (techresearchonline.com), focusing on traffic, engagement, and overall performance, while ensuring smooth day-to-day team operations.

Key Responsibilities ~

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels to drive lead generation and ROI

• Own and manage a cross-functional marketing team including performance marketers, SEO specialists, social media specialists, content writers, email marketing executives, and designers.
