What’s the Job?

As a Marketing Trainee , you’ll be part of the team responsible for bringing the InterContinental Barcelona brand to life. From creating engaging content and supporting marketing campaigns to managing social media and promoting exciting new hotel experiences, you’ll gain hands‑on exposure to all areas of hotel marketing. Working closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and the wider team, you’ll contribute to projects that enhance both the guest and colleague experience while developing valuable skills in luxury hospitality marketing.

Your day-to-day

• Support the Marketing Manager with daily reports, appointments and administrative tasks.
• Assist with website management and content updates to ensure information remains accurate and engaging.
