Mason Technician

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:   

1. 1. 1. Carry out all tiles grouting and blocking and other assigned civil works duties within the complex
      2. Carry out preventive maintenance schedules for masonry jobs as directed by Superiors
      3. Repair maintain and alter buildings retaining walls and other brick or stone edifices
      4. Mix mortar lay bricks and stones or concrete sidewalks and make and repair steps
      5. Patch and replace brick or stonework chimneys
      6. Install and repair tile floors or walls
      7. Read blueprints and plaster ceilings or walls
      8. Estimate masonry jobs and carry out carpentry work incidental to masonry work.
      9. Executes all plumbing and associated work to the highest professional standards for the whole complex
      10. Performs the tasks assigned to him and ensures their implementation while working independently.
