Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely Follow and comply with the instructions given by Manager Requirements Preferably with ITEC/WSQ certificate or massage certification Able to commit on weekends/public holidays Minimum 1 year of relevant experience Pleasant personality and hardworking
