Master Data Maintenance - Support Intern

Responsibilities

• Data Creation & Maintenance: Create, update, and manage master data records in ERP system (based on authorized requests).
• Data Quality Assurance: Proactively analyze data for errors, inconsistencies, or duplicates and correct them to maintain high data integrity.
• Governance & Compliance: Adhere to data governance policies, standard operating procedures, and naming conventions to ensure consistency across the organization.
• Process Collaboration: Work with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Logistics) to validate data and ensure smooth workflows. (No Hindrance with Item Master)
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation, including data dictionaries, user manuals, and audit trails.
