Master data manager

Job Purpose

To lead the governance, management, and integrity of the Group’s master data assets, ensuring a single, accurate, and trusted source of data across all systems and business units.

The role enables consistent, high-quality data across retail, pharmacy, supply chain, customer, and employee domains, supporting operational excellence, regulatory compliance, analytics, and AI-driven decision-making.

Job Objectives Define and implement the Group’s master data management (MDM) strategy, aligned to enterprise data, AI, and business priorities. Establish and enforce data governance frameworks, standards, policies, and controls to ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all systems. Ensure a single source of truth for key data domains (product, customer, supplier, store, employee, and pricing).
