Develop and maintain production schedules for the Tijuana and San Diego manufacturing plants
Coordinate with sales, production, and procurement teams to ensure alignment of production plans with customer demands
Utilize ERP system (Epicor) to manage and track production schedules, inventory levels, and order statuses
Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery of products
Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production scheduling and efficiency
