Job Description

AECOM is seeking an experienced Materials Inspector for a major Roads and Infrastructure, NDRC, Stormwater, sewerage lines project located in Dubai. The role involves both inspection and the supervision of Roads and Infrastructure works to ensure that the activities are being executed in accordance with the project specification.

• Inspect site conditions prior to the start of construction activities to verify the compatibility of the site with the approved design and permanent works.
• Check for obstructions and document existing site conditions through photographs to prevent potential damage to existing utilities, structures, and landscaping.
• Review and verify materials delivered to the site for conformance with approved samples, specifications, and equipment lists; report any non-conformances to the Resident Engineer (RE).
