Material Planning Specialist

About the PositionWe are looking for a Material Planning Specialist to join the SCM + GT team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.
This position is based at our office in Aguascalientes (Insite Nissan).
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain material requirement plans based on production schedules and forecasts.Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply and minimize excess stock.Coordinate procurement activities with suppliers and internal stakeholders to guarantee timely material delivery.Analyze supply chain data to identify risks, shortages, and opportunities for cost optimization.Resolve discrepancies and issues related to materials, deliveries, and inventory records.Collaborate with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to support efficient material flow.Utilize ERP/MRP systems for tracking, planning, and reporting material status.Prepare regular reports on inventory, material availability, and planning performance.Support continuous improvem...
