**Material Stager (Manufacturing)**
**Overview**
The **Material Stager** supports manufacturing operations by ensuring the right materials are delivered to production lines at the right time to maintain continuous workflow. This role partners closely with Production Supervisors and operators to minimize downtime, maintain a clean/organized environment, and prepare upcoming shifts for success.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Stage raw materials, components, and packaging to assigned production lines based on schedule and priority
+ Monitor production needs and proactively replenish materials to prevent line interruptions
+ Prepare upcoming shifts by ensuring a minimum of **2+ hours of runtime inventory** is staged and ready
+ Remove scrap, recyclables, and waste; replace containers and maintain proper labeling
+ Return unused materials to designated storage areas and maintain accurate organization
