Job Details 
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Management of the inventory and Returns process and same day activite
Establishes operational policies and ensures compliance and standardization with all company policies and procedures.
Reviews and monitors standard operating procedures. Develop and recommend improvements to promote efficiency in Distribution Center accuracy, improved service and lower costs.
Monitors the performance of associates to ensure compliance with policies, practices and approved standard operating procedures.
