Materials Manager

**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities**- Assures that all members of the Supply Chain department follow all Good Manufacturing Practices and Procedures as defined by Nordson Medical's polices ensuring that FDA and Quality Standards are met.
- Develops and implements long term departmental goals that ensure effectiveness and efficiency in Supply Chain activities.
- Effectively manage team members by determining clear roles and responsibilities, managing workload and holding team accountable to deliverables, identifying development needs, and coach team members as needed.
- Supervises, coaches, and evaluates personnel in site, production control, master planner, warehousing, shipping, and receiving.
- Establish programs and works with Purchasing in order to deliver and track continuous material cost reductions.
