About our group: The MDW/MDSW Process & Product team oversees the final stages of media manufacturing processes, ensuring the smooth operation and high servo & defect / TA quality of media to meet customer requirements. Our mission involves optimizing and improving current processes to meet internal and external customer needs. We drive the successful integration and improvement of HAMR (Heat-Assisted Magnetic Recording) technology to enhance our production processes.
