M&E Maintenance Project Manager (Public Sector)
VANRATH is assisting our client, a large Public Sector Organisation, in their search for an M&E Maintenance Project Manager for 6 months initially with the possibility of extension/permanent in the Armagh Office.
Responsibilities
- Respond on a day-to-day basis to requests from building users for urgent repairs to mechanical and electrical systems and infrastructure, including kitchen equipment and other services deemed necessary.
- Respond quickly and effectively to requests for day-to-day emergency maintenance and repairs to the Mechanical and Electrical Services installations and equipment in all properties.
- Carry out regular visits to properties in relation to day-to-day maintenance problems and planned maintenance programmes.
