M&E Maintenance Project Manager (Public Sector)
VANRATH is assisting our client, a large Public Sector Organisation, in their search for a M&E Maintenance Project Manager for 6 months initially with the possibility of extension/permanent in their Belfast Office.
Responsibilities
- Respond on a day to day basis to requests from building users, for urgent repairs to their mechanical and electrical systems and infrastructure including kitchen equipment and other services deemed necessary.
- Respond quickly and effectively to requests for day to day emergency maintenance and repairs to the Mechanical and Electrical Services installations and equipment in all properties.
- Carry out regular visits to properties in relation to day-to-day maintenance problems and planned maintenance programmes.
- Appoint and supervise contractors of various disciplines to carry out maintenance repairs and planned maintenance projects.
