M&E Small Works Manager

Overview We are currently seeking an M&E Small Works Manager in Bury to take ownership of a growing stream of small works (£50k and below) alongside servicing opportunities across the North-West. These works are mainly focused around hospitals so experience delivering projects in healthcare and other live, occupied environments is important . The business is currently completing this work through existing Project Managers, but there is a clear opportunity to bring in someone better suited to small works who can take control, improve consistency, and help grow the offering over time. This role is particularly well suited to a plumber/pipefitter by trade (or similar mechanical background) who has worked their way up into contracts management, small works, or facilities management and enjoys being hands-on with delivery, people and clients.
