Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and responsible M&E Technician to support the maintenance and daily operations of building facilities. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance with operational standards.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance & Technical Duties
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems, including:
- Electrical (LT systems and distribution)
- Air-conditioning systems (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation)
- Fire protection and firefighting systems
- Plumbing, drainage, and sewerage systems
- Water storage, distribution, and treatment systems
- Generator basic checks and battery systems
