Measurement and Evaluation Associate Manager (MEAL)

The Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning Associate Manager (MEAL) supports the design, implementation, and management of M&E systems and processes by working with project teams and other stakeholders to ensure that projects achieve their intended objectives and that project results are accurately measured, reported, and utilized for learning and decision-making.

• Assist the development of M&E plans, frameworks, and strategies for projects or programs, ensuring that they align with organizational goals and stakeholder requirements.
• Develop and refine performance indicators, targets, and data collection tools to measure project progress and outcomes, in collaboration with project teams.
