Duties & Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, store, and prepare meats, fish, and seafood, using knives and equipment to cut, fillet, and trim products for sale.
Ensure compliance with co-op and government food safety, sanitation, and health standards.
Maintain stock rotation (FIFO) and complete all required logs and charts (., grinder and temperature logs).
