Mechanical Design Engineer - Cooling

SUMMARY OF JOB: Having exposure in cooling product mechanical design such as PAC ,Chiller and Air conditioning unit Good Exposure in Sheet metal & Piping modelling and 3D design Key responsibilities: Responsible for Part design and qualification of sheet metal & Piping Parts Hands on Experience in 3D software like Creo, Solid works, Solidedge Evaluating the ETO (Engineering to order) requests and execute the necessary change in products following product design guideline. Mechanical & Electrical component qualification and documentation Exposure to Engineering Process & GD&T. Good knowledge on PFMEA, DFMEA, Risk Assessments, PQCS, CQCS Etc. Support for DFM/DFA discussions with the project team. Responsible for key project deliverables involved in the PMP Experience in developing concepts for components and drawings.
