Mechanical Design Engineer – Manufacturing Automation (NPI) Join our team as a Mechanical Design Engineer in Guadalajara, where you will play a key role in the design, development, and improvement of automated equipment within the NPI (New Product Introduction) environment. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and modifying mechanical designs for automation machinery, ensuring robust, efficient, and scalable solutions that support pilot runs and transition to high-volume manufacturing. 
You will contribute directly to equipment performance by developing mechanical concepts, implementing design improvements, and validating solutions through hands‑on testing. Your work will ensure reliable machine operation, improved product quality, and readiness for production release.
