Mechanical Development Engineer

We are looking for passionate and hands-on Product Development Engineers to join our R&D Centre (CRI) at Noida. The role involves end-to-end development of domestic appliances through a structured NPI process, working closely with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and external laboratories. Key Responsibilities End‑to‑end development of domestic appliances and BOM parts , including: * Plastic & metal parts * Electrical & mechanical sub‑assemblies * PCBAs and packaging components Execution of product development through a stage‑gate NPI process Prototype planning, development and validation Development and coordination of tooling (moulds & dies) (preferred, not mandatory) Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) activities Design and development of jigs & fixtures Interaction with test labs, certification agencies and suppliers Value Engineering initiatives for cost and performance optimization Technical Skills Required Ability to read, interpret and work with 2D drawings and 3D CAD data Wor...
