We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical aspects of our products. This role demands ownership of tasks including design for manufacturing (DFM), injection mold tooling, and assembly engineering. Collaborate closely with our CTO and Head of Manufacturing on innovative projects, ensuring each design meets production standards and usability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Translate industrial designs into production-ready CAD
• Conduct tolerance stack-up analysis across device assemblies
• Implement IP67 waterproofing systems for our products
• Design tooling for injection-molded parts
• Define and manage mechanical quality standards and test plans
Requirements:
• BSME or equivalent degree; MSME preferred
• 7+ years in mechanical engineering for consumer electronics
