Job Description
- Design and develop mechanical systems, including ACMV, plumbing, and building infrastructure, from concept through construction administration
- Perform detailed engineering calculations, system modeling, and performance analysis to optimize efficiency, energy consumption, and lifecycle value
- Create comprehensive technical drawings, specifications, and reports that meet applicable codes, standards, and client requirements
- Coordinate closely with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and specialty discipline teams to ensure integrated, constructible solutions
- Conduct site investigations and assessments to evaluate existing systems and inform design decisions
