We are seeking an experienced
Mechanical Engineer / Superintendent
to lead and support our Yard and Operations teams through proactive issue resolution, technical advisory, and innovation in equipment maintenance and repair. This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, and long-term fleet planning through a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach. Key Responsibilities: Comply with HSEQ guidelines and Keller policies and procedures. Evaluate all production activities and prepare reports for all activities and inspect all associate plant machines and equipment. Recommend/implement plant training programs as per requirement in department. Collaborate with various departments to maintain mechanical integrity of all plant programs Perform regular audit/inspections on all maintenance programs.
